Define the 304 stainless-steel component by its incoming form and actual manufacturing requirement. Casting, sand-casting or forging enquiries can be specified independently from the selected CNC and micro-machining work. The OEM/ODM scope follows the customer drawing, with the complete grade and required supplied condition identified for the ordered item.
Allocate the Material and Operations
Other material capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals and steel alloys. Select the full designation and route for each component, then identify the required machining scope. Three-, four- or five-axis CNC centers can be chosen for the geometry under discussion.
- Broaching can be specified against the actual controlled feature.
- Drilling can follow the component's hole requirements.
- Etching or chemical machining can be defined for the selected material.
- Milling and other machining work can be assigned to the relevant surfaces.
Resolve the Dimensional Acceptance Convention
The tolerance references include 0.01 and ±0.005 mm. Agree the actual limits, unit, convention, controlled features and measurement stage on the drawing. This keeps the dimensional requirement specific to the ordered condition while preserving the distinction between the casting or forging proposal and finished machining.
Define the Custom Surface and Logo
Size follows the customer drawing, while surface treatment and logo can be customized. Specify the required final appearance and supplied condition together with the component's functional interfaces. Small orders are accepted, with quantity and material, dimensional and surface acceptance to be agreed for the actual deliverable.
Connect the Work to One Component Definition
Use the controlled drawing revision to align the material, route and finished-interface requirements. Include any design changes in the same enquiry so the agreed precision convention remains current. The resulting request gives the selected 304 or other material component a clear boundary from incoming form to final approval.
