ProcessCasting, CNC, turning, milling, 5 AxisToleranceCustomer's Drawing Request
Connect the casting proposal to the finished interfaces of a custom steel or aluminum component. Sand and investment casting are selectable routes for the actual drawing, with CNC, turning, milling and five-axis work included among the processing services. Other material requests can be defined separately so the manufacturing discussion stays specific to each ordered item.
Choose the Metal and Its Working Condition
Material choices include gray iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. Select the complete grade and compatible route for the drawing rather than using the material family alone to settle the design. The requested dimensions and tolerances should identify which geometry governs the component's function in its intended assembly.
- Anodizing can be defined for a compatible substrate and selected surfaces.
- Powder coating can follow the component's required final condition.
- Polishing and sandblasting can be allocated according to the appearance criteria.
Make Five-Axis Work a Drawing Requirement
Mark the finished interfaces and geometry relevant to the chosen CNC operations. Keep those requirements attached to the drawing revision that defines the casting, so process selection and final acceptance refer to one component. Industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical enquiries each need their own duty and approval requirements rather than a general application-based assumption.
Supply the Data Needed for Approval
Drawing formats include PDF, CAD, DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP and VDA. Submit the required quantity with the material, dimensional and final-surface criteria for the selected design. Applicable GB/T19001-2016 and ISO9001:2015 documentation can be requested with its supplier or activity scope. The finished enquiry should make the selected alloy, casting route and CNC interface requirements clear enough to review together.
