    sand Casting Part

Make the valve or bearing interface the starting point for a custom ferrous casting enquiry. Large or threaded component requests need a drawing that identifies the actual part, its mating geometry and required final condition. This OEM/ODM sand-casting scope allows the selected material, optional machining and surface treatment to be agreed around that component.

Assign the Ferrous Grade to the Part

Material options include gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel and high-manganese steel. Select the complete grade and governing requirement for the actual valve or bearing component rather than treating the material families as interchangeable. The casting drawing should show the geometry and interfaces relevant to the intended service duty.

Define the Thread and Bearing Acceptance

The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm, with the affected dimensions, limits and supplied stage to agree. Identify the thread, mating or bearing geometry that needs a finished requirement, together with any optional machining. Those details establish what the component must satisfy without assuming a thread standard, pressure rating or bearing-fit value from its application name.

  • Customer-requested surface treatment can be assigned to the selected component faces.
  • Bubble protection, carton and wooden-case packing are named arrangements.
  • The required quantity can be linked to the actual drawing and supplied condition.

Check the Casting Against the Working Drawing

Strict 100% inspection is included, with relevant characteristics, checking methods and acceptance records agreed for the ordered part. Set material, dimensional and surface criteria alongside the drawing revision so inspection addresses the same component definition as casting and machining. A completed valve- or bearing-part enquiry should make the chosen iron or steel grade and its working interfaces clear before approval.
