Define the mining component by its material, geometry and surface requirements before settling the sand-casting proposal. This custom enquiry includes carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or 316, and brass components. The selected grade and actual operating duty establish which material and final-condition criteria belong to the ordered part.
Describe the Actual Mining or Equipment Duty
Provide the component drawing and the functional interfaces that determine its use. Heavy-industry, water-treatment, healthcare and retail-equipment requests can be defined separately, each with its own material and approval requirements. Keep the selected part's duty attached to its drawing and supplied condition throughout the technical discussion.
Set the Surface and Salt-Spray Acceptance
Oiled surfaces or customer-specified finishes are available requests for the actual substrate. The salt-spray performance reference is 1000–2000 hours, with the material, treatment, test method and acceptance endpoint agreed for the selected component. Identify the relevant treated surfaces so the test requirement describes the actual finish system being approved.
