Connect the green-sand casting enquiry to the selected metal and the finished dimensions required by the customer drawing. Material options include stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum and copper. Separate process requests should identify their actual component and compatible route so the material and acceptance requirements remain clear.
Define the Material and Casting Scope
Choose the complete designation and required condition for the ordered green-sand component. Die-casting enquiries for compatible nonferrous parts and separate investment-casting work can be defined independently. Keep each drawing and material specification attached to the actual deliverable covered by the request.
Assign the Precision to the Finished Drawing
The minimum-tolerance reference is ±0.05 mm, with applicable dimensions, actual limits and supplied stage to agree. Mark the functional interfaces that govern assembly and identify the final condition used for approval. Customer-sized geometry should be assessed against those controlled requirements.
