Relia OEM enquiries cover pump parts, valves, housings and water impellers in separately specified alloy steel, stainless steel or ductile iron. Investment, sand and die casting are manufacturing requests requiring compatible material and geometry. Identify the actual fluid-handling component before selecting its grade and supplied condition.

Describe the pump or valve interfaces

Provide the current drawing with connection geometry, mounting positions and mating contacts. Explain service media, operating duty and any pressure or flow requirements relevant to the chosen design. An automotive or marine request needs the actual assembly and its approval criteria identified for that part.

Define the appearance and dimensional result

For a Stain or mirror appearance, agree the intended visual reference and the process needed to achieve it on the selected substrate. Specify which surfaces are cosmetic and which control function. Apply the 0.05–0.1 mm casting-tolerance reference to agreed dimensions, limit conventions and processing stages rather than an assumed universal accuracy.

Identify critical dimensions for inspection

Quality control focuses on critical dimensions. Mark these on the drawing and define how related interfaces are measured together. Identify the records needed to demonstrate the accepted result, including any material or surface checks requested for the actual order.

Set the component approval package

Request applicable ISO9001:2008 documentation and its relevant supplier or activity scope. State quantity and the final material, dimensional and surface condition required for acceptance. Retain approved changes to the fluid interfaces, casting route and appearance within the controlled component specification used for further OEM enquiries.
