Define the forklift counterweight block through the drawing that governs its installation and balance geometry. This OEM gray-iron sand-casting enquiry includes full-process service from design to completion. The selected material and actual component requirements give the counterweight proposal a clear connection to the forklift assembly it is intended to serve.

Set the Counterweight Geometry on the Drawing

Provide the complete iron grade and required counterweight mass as design inputs, together with the mounting arrangement. Size, wall thickness and surface treatment are customized for the actual component. Keep the balance and installation requirements attached to the same drawing revision used for material and dimensional approval.

Connect Inspection to the Block's Requirements

Agree the checking methods, relevant characteristics and acceptance records for the chosen iron and supplied condition. The inspection areas can then be connected to the requirements they need to assess in the ordered counterweight.

  • Raw-material control can address the specified iron requirement.
  • Heat-treatment checks can assess the relevant material condition.
  • Finished-product inspection can follow the block's final approval criteria.

Plan the Actual Counterweight Order

Flexible scheduling and fast response are offered, with the production plan agreed for the quantity and design. Include any changed mounting or balance requirements within that same enquiry so the component definition remains current. State final material, dimensional and surface acceptance for the selected block. A completed forklift-counterweight request links one iron specification and drawing to an identifiable deliverable, with the supplied condition and installation interfaces clearly defined.
