Start an automotive-engine component enquiry with the surfaces that have to fit and function in the assembly. Relia's OEM casting and machining scope brings lost-wax investment or sand-casting requests together with CNC and micro-machining options. The drawing determines the selected route and starting form, so casting geometry and finished interfaces can be considered as distinct parts of the same component requirement.
Choose the Metal for the Engine Interface
Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and steel-alloy requests can be defined by their complete grades rather than by an engine-use label alone. Other material capabilities include brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals and precious metals. Keep each material choice attached to its own component, required condition and suitable processing route when preparing the technical enquiry.
- Broaching can be identified separately where the drawing requires that operation.
- Drilling and milling belong within the named machining-service scope.
- Etching or chemical machining can be specified for the selected material and geometry.
- Laser-machining requests can be distinguished from other finishing operations.
- STEP, CAD, DXF, PDF and IGS files provide the named drawing-data options.
Control the Finished Dimensions
The precision reference is ±0.01 mm, with applicability to be agreed for the controlled features, supplied stage and checking conditions. Mark the engine or machinery interfaces that need CNC attention and identify any micro-machining work within that scope. Shape, size, color and component characteristics are customized, while polishing is an available surface finish for the ordered design.
Approve the Component Before Assembly
A minimum order of one piece supports an individually defined component request. Quality control includes 100% inspection before the component is released, with the relevant characteristics, methods and approval records agreed for that order. Send the drawing revision, required quantity and final surface criteria so the engine-part enquiry ends with a usable acceptance basis rather than a broad material list.
