Relia ZL104 aluminum-alloy motor housings can be requested through sand or gravity casting, with separate ornamental, mold and machining-component enquiries. Define the actual supplied item and compatible route, including any aluminum die-casting request. Construction or industrial-machinery duty should establish its required condition.

Choose the component material and operations

Additional machining materials include brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals and precious metals. Broaching, drilling, laser machining, milling and other machining services are named. Select the complete grade, incoming form and required operation for the actual component rather than assigning every service to one housing.

Define casting and finished-surface acceptance

Casting references are CT4–CT7, GB/T6414-1999 and VDG Merkblad P690. Agree applicable documents, dimensions and supplied stages for the chosen item. Sandblasting, plating, anodizing and Dusting requests need the actual process, compatible substrate and required surface result defined.

Scope inspection equipment around the drawing

Equipment references include CMM, hardness tester, spectrometer, microscopes and height gauge. Identify checks, measured characteristics and records required for the selected housing or separate part. Mark its mounting and mating relationships with the locating references used for acceptance.

  • State the motor housing, mold or ornamental-item quantity and controlling revision.
  • Distinguish cast-state areas from interfaces needing further work.
  • Specify final contact and appearance requirements.
  • Retain approved grade and processing decisions within the supplied-item definition.

Confirm repeat work against that component-specific geometry and acceptance brief.
