NameOEM cold casting & forging aluminum anodizing & painting die casting
Custom hardware and metal spare parts can be specified through the material, finished dimensions and required manufacturing scope. This OEM/ODM enquiry covers casting and CNC work, including aluminum components and separate iron sand-casting requests. Dimensions and material follow the customer's requirements.
Define the spare part by its finished interfaces
Identify the component and show the dimensions that determine its assembly or use. The tolerance reference is ±0.01 mm, to be assigned to the relevant finished dimensions and inspection requirements. Describe the industrial, machinery or electronic application so the selected material and supplied condition address the actual part.
Select casting or another requested manufacturing route
Die casting, forging and cold-casting requests are additional route enquiries to clarify for the component. Identify the required material and work for each proposed route. These terms should describe separate manufacturing choices rather than a sequence applied to every hardware item.
- Provide the component drawing and material designation.
- State quantity and the requested manufacturing route.
- Mark CNC-finished dimensions and their acceptance limits.
- Specify the required treatment and delivered surface condition.
Choose the finish for the selected material
Anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating, polishing and painting are named finishing enquiries. Select the treatment for the part's function and identify contact or mating areas needing specific instructions. Coordinate that treatment with the final dimensional requirements so inspection concerns the part as supplied.
Include the applicable supplier documents
ISO9001 is the stated certification reference. Specify the relevant documentation and scope required for the order. Keep the grade, drawing and acceptance criteria alongside that request so the quotation addresses one clearly defined metal spare part.
