XR enquiries cover new, nonstandard steel cast components for manufacturing plants, with casting, machining and heat treatment. Cast-iron sand casting is a separate ODM enquiry direction. Customer-requested size and the actual drawing define the delivered item and its required material condition.
Identify the XR supply being requested
Describe whether the request concerns a finished component or associated equipment and identify the work included. The 600 W and 220 V electrical references need to be matched to that selected supply. Specify the required electrical arrangement where equipment forms part of the request.
Coordinate machining with heat treatment
Show the interfaces that require dimensional control and the material condition needed for their assessment. Identify the machining scope and the stage at which final acceptance applies. Agree how heat treatment and subsequent work relate to the part’s required result.
Apply the tolerance reference to the design
ISO2768-mk is a tolerance reference for this enquiry. Identify applicable dimensions and any individually controlled limits on the current drawing. Keep the selected material, finished geometry and inspection requirements connected to the actual nonstandard part.
