New green-sand jolt-squeeze molding machines are available with manual control and customizable configurations for foundry use. Z145W is one selectable model within the family. Match the chosen machine to the mold, operating arrangement and utility connections required by the actual foundry project.
- Actual choices are Z14, Z143W, Z145W and Z146W.
- Additional choices are Z147W, Z148W, Z149W and Z1410W.
- Voltage references are 380 V, 220 V or 440 V.
- Power and overall dimensions depend on the selected model.
Define the mold and installation brief
Provide the mold size and foundry duty for the selected jolt-squeeze machine. Agree the installation drawing, operating access and utility requirements for that configuration. The machine material is described as casting, while gearbox and pump are named core components.
Assess operation and machinery evidence
An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided. Set the checks that demonstrate the agreed molding arrangement and operating requirements. Define operator access and maintenance needs relevant to the stated easy-operation and long-service-life objectives. Include the intended molding sequence and checks the operator must demonstrate during the agreed equipment acceptance.
Confirm customization and service scope
Color follows customer requirements and after-sales service is provided. One-year warranties are stated for both the machine and its core components; agree their covered scope. Request applicable CE documents for the selected equipment, keeping accepted model and layout decisions with the supplied-machine definition.
