Custom-made casting enquiries cover zinc, brass, iron, steel, aluminum and copper parts. OEM and ODM services include die casting, sand casting and gravity casting, alongside vacuum and lost-wax investment casting enquiries. Match the selected metal and process to the individual component design.

Choose a material and route for each part

State the complete alloy designation, intended duty and supplied condition. For an assembly containing several metals, identify the specification for each component separately. The route should be agreed against that component's geometry and requirements, rather than applying every listed process to every material.

Set dimensional and surface criteria

Use the 0.01 mm tolerance reference to define the controlled features, permitted-limit convention and applicable process stage for the order. Mark the datums that govern how those features relate. Finish choices include anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating and polishing where compatible with the selected metal. Identify appearance areas and functional interfaces on the drawing.

Align approval with the working application

Applications include communication equipment, automation machines and medical devices. Specify the actual use, inspection coverage and application-specific approval documents needed for the ordered part. ISO 9001 is the quality reference; establish the relevant document scope for the casting service.

Provide the required quantity, controlled drawing revision and initial approval requirements. Explain the mating components and operating environment where they affect acceptance of the casting. Before a repeat order, identify any approved changes to alloy, geometry or finish and how the inspection plan will assess them. Keep the component specification connected to the actual supplied part and its intended role.
