Stainless-steel impeller-blade enquiries can be specified around the blade geometry, mating interface and required finished condition. This OEM/ODM service names precision lost-wax investment casting, CNC machining and sandblasting, with bulk supply available for discussion. Identify the component drawing and batch quantity when requesting a quotation.

Describe the impeller blade in its working assembly

Show how the blade or cast component locates in the assembly, together with the dimensions that govern that interface. Describe the operating duty and any drawing requirements that affect material selection or inspection. This gives the quotation a component-specific basis for selecting the stainless-steel grade and defining the machining scope.

Separate cast geometry from machined interfaces

Lost-wax investment casting establishes the cast component, while CNC machining addresses the interfaces selected on the drawing. Mark the individual dimensions and datums requiring machining. Sandblasting is the named surface treatment, so state the required surface condition and any areas that need particular finishing instructions.

  • Provide the drawing revision, stainless grade and required batch quantity.
  • Identify casting dimensions, machined interfaces and inspection requirements.
  • State the desired sandblasted condition and supplied component scope.

Choose the applicable material and quality documents

GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are named standard families. Specify the document and grade applicable to the ordered part. ISO9001:2015 is the stated quality-system reference; identify the relevant supplier documentation and scope within the purchase requirements.

Specify lighting housings as a separate component enquiry

Marine explosion-proof-light and lighting-fixture housing enquiries are also named. For that request, provide the housing drawing and intended lighting assembly, with its own material and documentation requirements. Any hazardous-area approval requirement belongs to that specified assembly and must be addressed separately from the quality-system reference.
