Our ServiceSupply metal parts solution as per customer's drawings/ samples
Pump housings and jack bodies need separate component drawings and acceptance requirements. This wholesale OEM enquiry includes ductile-iron sand-cast pump housings with CNC machining, drilling, milling, boring and tapping. GGG50, GG25, GGG40 and FCD500 are named material choices to specify for the actual part.
Select the iron family and housing geometry
Name the complete grade and governing material standard for the requested component. The listed grades should not be treated as interchangeable iron specifications. Provide the pump-housing drawing with the interfaces and finished dimensions required by the intended assembly.
- Identify the pump housing or separate jack body.
- Provide the drawing or sample reference and quantity.
- Select the grade and required material condition.
- Mark cast dimensions and finished machining interfaces.
- Specify coating and surface requirements.
- Define inspection acceptance for the selected component.
Apply tolerance references to the correct scope
Machining references are up to IT7 and Ra 0.8–3.2, with roughness units and controlled surfaces to be agreed. The CT9–11 casting reference belongs to the named jack-body scope. Identify each requirement on the relevant drawing rather than transferring jack-body limits automatically to a pump housing.
Define Dacromat or painted finishing
Dacromat coating and finish painting are available to customer request. Select the treatment and identify any fitted or measured areas needing particular instructions. The supplied condition and acceptance criteria should concern the actual housing or jack body, including its material and finished interfaces. Drawing- or sample-based supply should use one controlled geometry for the quotation.
