Fluid-handling components should be specified through their working geometry, selected material and required condition. This custom casting and CNC enquiry includes water-pump, valve, impeller and machinery parts in stainless steel, aluminum, ductile iron or grey iron. Dimensions and tolerances follow the requested design.

Select the route for the material and geometry

Investment, gravity, sand and die casting are separate manufacturing enquiries. Identify the full grade and actual route for the component. The drawing and required quantity should establish one viable material/process scope rather than a common sequence for all options.

  • Provide the pump, valve, impeller or machine-part drawing.
  • Select the material grade and manufacturing requirement.
  • Describe medium, duty and relevant operating conditions.
  • Mark CNC-finished interfaces and acceptance limits.

Coordinate heat treatment and surface work

Heat treatment, anodizing, galvanizing and powder coating are named processing or finish choices. Select the appropriate requirement for the actual material and component. Identify any mating surfaces where treatment instructions affect fit or measurement.

Define full in-house inspection

Full in-house inspection is stated. Specify the characteristics, methods and records needed for the ordered part, including any pressure or service acceptance required by the project. Those requirements should be tied to the selected drawing and delivered condition.

Identify additional application scope

Automotive, medical, agricultural, rail and textile parts are additional enquiries. Provide the actual component and any qualification requirements for the intended application. The material, machining and finishing request should describe the item being supplied rather than an assumed assembly approval.
