Custom A356 aluminum-alloy component enquiries offer gravity, sand or die-casting route selection for machinery parts. Dimensions and tolerances follow the customer’s request. Identify the proposed process, complete material requirement and supplied condition for the actual component before comparing quotations.
Describe the part through its mounting geometry
Show the interfaces that locate the component in the machine and the surfaces that contact adjoining parts. The drawing should identify the datums used to control those relationships. Internal sections or a model can explain shapes that are difficult to establish from an external view alone.
- Provide the controlled component drawing and selected alloy condition.
- State quantity; the listed minimum order is 100 pieces.
- Mark dimensions requiring a finished operation.
- Define material, dimensional and surface acceptance.
Distinguish the casting from optional further work
Machining can be included where needed, followed by the requested surface treatment. Specify which interfaces need a final dimension and which areas may remain as cast. The selected route and subsequent work should deliver the condition used for the assembly and inspection requirements.
Define inspection records and surface protection
Professional inspection is named within the supply scope. Agree the checks and records required for the part rather than assuming a general tolerance applies to every surface. Packing combines a poly bag, inner box and carton; include any separation or contact-surface protection needed for the geometry. Any sample approval should use the same drawing revision and acceptance basis as the ordered components.
