New-energy-vehicle component enquiries include aluminum precision castings in ADC12, A356-T6, A380, A360 or ZL101. CNC precision machining and sandblasting are named services, with zinc-alloy die-cast requests defined separately for the actual component and material.

Connect the chosen condition to the vehicle part

Provide the complete material requirement and the drawing used by the design. Identify the component's function and the mounting or mating relationships that matter to its assembly. The named material-condition option should be selected for that requirement rather than applied across every alloy choice.

  • Submit 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP information.
  • Confirm the selected alloy and required casting route.
  • Mark CNC-finished interfaces and dimensional limits.
  • Define the surface result and visual acceptance criteria.
  • State quantity and component-approval requirements.

Specify machining and surface acceptance

Identify the dimensions that require precision finishing and the datums used to inspect them. Describe the appearance expected on the treated areas and any surfaces needing protection. Professional inspection is stated, with the drawing's actual dimensional and visual requirements providing the acceptance basis.

Complete packing and supplier-document requirements

Packing is poly bag, inner box and carton. Agree the protection appropriate to the machined interfaces and finished surface. Specify handling precautions for the machined mating surfaces. Request applicable ISO9001:2015 supplier documents and scope with the component drawing, keeping the selected material, vehicle-use requirements and inspection brief aligned for the order.
