OEM/ODM nonstandard-part enquiries include ADC12 aluminum and separately selected zinc, iron or brass components for handle and machinery projects. Choose sand casting or pressure die casting for an appropriate material and design. The actual component drawing should define the dimensions, function and required supplied condition.
Locate the handle or machinery interfaces
Show mounting, locating and contacting geometry with the datums controlling fit. For a handle request, identify its connection to the intended assembly and the working requirements relevant to the design. Keep each material and route request tied to its own component specification.
Assign machining-center and surface work
Machining-center work can follow casting where needed, with surface treatment to customer requirements. Mark the interfaces requiring final dimensions and their measurement stage. Define selected color, coverage and masking, including contact areas where finishing affects fit or appearance.

- State the complete grade and material condition.
- Identify cast and finished-interface boundaries.
- Define material and dimensional approval records.
Set qualification, packing and approval
The minimum order is 100 pieces, with poly bags, inner boxes and cartons listed. Specify protection needed for the finished geometry and selected surface. Request applicable IATF16949 documentation and scope alongside the component requirements. Connect sample and production acceptance to the same material, route and supplied-state definition so the nonstandard part has a clear order basis.
