Custom die-cast parts can be quoted through the selected alloy, component drawing and finished requirements. This OEM/ODM enquiry includes aluminum, zinc-alloy and Zamak components for industrial, machinery and automotive projects. Sand casting, gravity casting and mould making are additional requests to define separately.
Select the aluminum or Zamak designation
Aluminum enquiries name ADC12, A380, A356 and A413.2, while zinc-alloy choices include Zamak 3#, 5# and 8#. Iron and steel components are additional material requests. Identify the full grade and applicable standard for one selected design rather than treating the labels as interchangeable materials.
Assign the tolerance reference to the supplied stage
A 0.01 mm tolerance reference is given. Specify the controlled dimensions, convention and casting or finished stage to which your requirement applies. Professional inspection is offered, with the actual acceptance package to be agreed for the component.
- Provide the part or mould drawing and selected grade.
- State quantity and the required manufacturing route.
- Mark critical dimensions and finished interfaces.
- Select the treatment and required supplied condition.
Define processing and surface treatment
Die casting, deburring, machining, sandblasting and painting are named processing enquiries. Polishing, electrophoresis, chromium finishing and galvanization are additional surface choices. Identify the treatment required by the actual alloy and component, including contact areas needing particular instructions.
Agree the small-order and qualification scope
Small orders are accepted. Identify the actual quantity and delivered-part requirements for quotation. ISO9001 is the stated qualification reference; request the applicable supplier documents and scope alongside the drawing, material and inspection acceptance.
