OEM/ODM aluminum-part enquiries include sand or gravity casting and separate laser-cutting, CNC-bending, welding or stamping work. Define one compatible material and manufacturing route for each component. The drawing should identify the geometry and supplied state needed by the machinery or equipment project.

Decide which item and manufacturing stage to order

The minimum-order reference is 10 pieces, with samples from one piece. State whether the request concerns an approval sample or the production component. Explain the item’s assembly relationships and what the selected manufacturing proposal must deliver for that stage.

  • Accepted files are DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, PDF and AI.
  • Identify the complete alloy and required material condition.
  • Assign the ±0.01 mm reference to drawing-confirmed dimensions and measurement conditions.
  • Choose powder coating, polishing, brushing, anodizing or galvanizing as appropriate to the substrate.

Use inspection stages to establish the result

FAI, in-process and final inspection are listed. Define the characteristics assessed at each stage and the records needed for approval. Identify finish coverage and masking where the required surface affects the component’s working or mating geometry. Identify any checks repeated after the selected finishing operation.

Set applicable qualification scope

Request relevant ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 documentation. Include quantity and the controlled revision with the inspection brief. Keep the chosen route, finished interfaces and approval criteria connected so the casting or separately fabricated aluminum part has an explicit order definition.
