Custom aluminum casting and CNC machining enquiries cover sand, lost wax and precision casting parts for industrial applications. Die casting and gravity casting are also offered. OEM and ODM work can follow customer drawings for design or production, including small-quantity enquiries.

Select a compatible alloy and incoming form

The material menu includes ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 and 7075. Select the actual alloy and incoming form before agreeing a casting or machining route. Casting alloys and wrought grades are distinct choices; their presence in one service menu does not make them interchangeable across every process.

Allocate machining and surface requirements

Show the interfaces requiring CNC machining and the datums that control their relationship. Surface options include powder coating, polishing, nickel plating, anodizing and electrophoresis. Identify the finish required for each area and agree its suitability for the selected alloy, application and dimensional limits. Keep cosmetic areas distinct from mating or locating features.

Set approval and production expectations

The service states more than 20 years of casting and CNC machining experience, 100% inspection before shipment and a production-capacity reference above 50 tons per month. Agree the inspection criteria and the capacity allocation for the actual component and quantity. Quality references include ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001; request the relevant documents and their applicable scope.

For a useful quotation, supply the controlled drawing, complete material designation, selected process and required surface condition. Define any initial approval records and repeat-order controls. Confirm how design changes affect the agreed alloy, tooling, machining and inspection plan.
