    Customer's Engineering Drawing

Custom die-cast industrial components cover aluminum, zinc, magnesium and copper alloys with CNC and micro-machining requests. Separate iron sand castings and multi-metal machining need their own component definitions. Production follows the customer’s engineering drawing and the selected material and supplied condition.

Assign the machining material and method

Additional machining materials include brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel, hardened metals, precious metals and steel alloys. Named services are broaching, drilling, etching or chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM and rapid prototyping. Identify the compatible operation and its required result on the actual part.

Define cast and micro-machined geometry

Mark interfaces requiring work after die casting and deburring. Specify dimensional limits, locating references and measurement conditions for the CNC or micro-machined result. Distinguish those interfaces from regions accepted in the cast state and identify the selected surface treatment.

Set inspection and component protection

The stated 100% final inspection needs defined checks and acceptance records for the order. Identify material, dimensional and surface characteristics required for approval. Packing combines a poly bag, inner box and carton; specify the protection needed around finished contacts.

  • Submit 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP information.
  • Describe industrial duty, quantity and controlling revision.
  • Request applicable ISO9001:2015 documents and activity scope.
  • Define the purpose and approval criteria for a prototype request.

Retain accepted grade and processing changes with the component’s drawing-based supply definition.
