Wholesale custom enquiries include ASTM A48 Class 20 gray-iron sand castings and separate ductile-iron, steel, stainless-steel, aluminum or copper components. Choose the full grade and governing document for each item. The named gray-iron class belongs to the selected iron component.
Set machining and dimensional acceptance
CNC, turning, milling and five-axis work are listed. Assign the CT4–CT6 tolerance reference to the actual dimensions, manufacturing route and supplied stage. Specify whether the selected finishing condition changes when controlled dimensions are finally assessed. Mark datums and the measurement conditions needed to assess the interfaces controlling fit within the intended assembly.
Define the substrate and finished surface
Painting, oxidation, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating are named finish choices. Select the required process, coverage and contact conditions for the actual material. Identify material, dimensional and appearance records needed to approve the component in its final supplied state.
- Supply 2D PDF, DXF or DWG data.
- Accepted 3D formats are STEP, IGS and PRT.
- Choose carton or wooden-box packing.
- Provide quantity and the controlling component revision.
Connect qualification to the actual application
Industrial, automotive, agricultural, aviation, construction and electrical enquiries require their own duty and acceptance brief. Request the applicable ISO9001-system documentation and scope alongside the component checks. Explain what any sample must demonstrate and retain the accepted material, route and finish definition so production approval follows the actual part being purchased.
