Custom brass and copper-alloy precision components are offered through sand casting or investment casting. OEM and ODM service includes machining when needed and customer-requested surface treatment. Small orders are accepted; agree the quantity for the selected alloy, component and supplied condition.
Define the geometry and dimensional limits
Provide the complete material designation and controlled drawing revision. For the 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference, specify the actual permitted-limit convention, controlled features and process stage. Identify mating surfaces and datums so dimensional acceptance reflects how the part will be assembled. Include any additional machining operations for agreement during quotation.
Specify surfaces and traceability
Define the required surface result for functional and visible areas. Connect the finish to the selected brass or copper alloy and final dimensional condition. Material reports are provided for traceability; identify the records needed to accept the actual component and its material specification.
Agree documentation and order scope
CE, RoHS and ISO 9001:2015 are listed references. Establish the actual documents and applicable component or service scope for the enquiry. Agree inspection coverage and initial approval criteria against the chosen casting route and supplied condition.
- State the quantity and part-specific production requirements.
- Identify interfaces, finish and acceptance checks.
- Specify material and qualification records needed with the order.
Packaging can follow the standard arrangement or customer requirements. Keep approved revisions to material, geometry or surface condition linked to the same component specification when discussing a repeat brass or copper-alloy casting order.
