Custom carbon-steel mechanical parts are offered through OEM/ODM casting enquiries using a selected sand- or lost-wax precision-casting route. The ordered component can include machining where required and a powder-coated surface defined by its drawing and intended industrial use.

Choose the carbon steel and casting geometry

Specify the complete grade and the component's role within the machinery. Provide the shape, wall relationships and interfaces that determine assembly or function. Selecting a material and route for that geometry gives the quotation a clear basis for the actual carbon-steel part.

Identify the interfaces requiring machining

Tolerances follow the customer's drawing. Mark the dimensions accepted after casting and any faces, bores or other interfaces needing machining. Include the relevant datums and supplied stage so the precision requirements can be checked against the component's actual use.

  • Provide the mechanical-part drawing and material grade.
  • Select the sand- or lost-wax-casting request.
  • Mark dimensional limits and any machined interfaces.
  • Define powder-coating coverage and appearance acceptance.
  • Specify quantity and finished-component checks.

Complete coating and purchasing details

Identify surfaces that need powder coating and areas requiring protection or a different delivered condition. Include masking instructions for any machined contact areas. The minimum order is 100 pieces and wooden-case packing is named. Request applicable current supplier documentation for the ISO9001:2008 qualification reference, keeping the coating, dimensions and acceptance brief with the approved drawing used for the order.
