Custom investment/lost-wax casting enquiries cover carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Vacuum die-casting, sand-casting, iron and zamak requests are separately selected material or route enquiries, with the actual component defined by its drawing and required supplied condition.

Select the material and workable production route

Identify the full grade and the geometry of the ordered part. Industrial, commercial, household and automotive applications should each include their own functional requirements. Choose the route appropriate to that material and component, keeping alternative casting requests distinct within the quotation.

Locate the dimensional and roughness references

The stated tolerance reference is ±0.02 mm and the roughness reference is Ra 3.2–6.3. Agree the controlled dimensions, surfaces, roughness unit and manufacturing stages used for acceptance. This connects the precision requirements to the part's actual finished interfaces rather than applying them without a drawing context.

  • Submit the component drawing and selected material grade.
  • Identify investment, lost-wax or another requested route.
  • Mark controlled dimensions and surface-roughness areas.
  • Specify finish, quantity and inspection requirements.
  • Define the required supplied condition for the application.

Complete the finish and purchasing definition

Chrome plating, powder coating, painting and electrophoretic-treatment enquiries are named surface choices. Match the treatment to the selected metal and identify coverage boundaries. Quality control is stated as 100% inspection, the minimum order is 100 pieces and wooden-pallet packing is named. Keep the agreed checks and finish with the controlled drawing as the acceptance reference for the order.
