Custom industrial flywheel enquiries include cast iron with sand- and resin-sand-casting scope. Zinc-alloy, stainless-steel, copper and aluminum-alloy investment-casting requests are separate choices, with size, color and surface treatment defined for the actual ordered component.
Describe the flywheel's rotating geometry
Provide the rim, hub and mounting-interface drawing with the required iron grade. Identify the dimensions that locate the wheel within the assembly and any operating or balancing acceptance needed by the design. The actual service requirements should accompany the geometry when the casting is evaluated.

Define alternative metal requests independently
Each zinc-alloy, stainless-steel, copper or aluminum-alloy request should have its own material, geometry and manufacturing brief. Assign the required route and drawing tolerances to that item. This keeps the cast-iron flywheel and other component enquiries clear within a project quotation.
Use a sample to establish the acceptance reference
Samples are offered before order. Define the sample's material, dimensions and finished condition, together with the checks needed for approval. Keep the accepted sample reference and controlled drawing with the order so the required color, surface treatment and dimensional acceptance can be discussed against the same component definition during subsequent supply.
