Custom industrial enquiries include aluminum molds and cast components with CNC work, A380 aluminum requests and separately specified iron parts. Identify whether the deliverable is tooling or a component. The material and required supplied condition should be defined for each item in the order.

Select the actual mold system and casting route

Die, sand, investment, gravity and permanent-mold casting requests need compatible material and process definitions. Identify the system required by the drawing, with the tool and produced-part interfaces shown separately. State the geometry and operating requirements relevant to the selected manufacturing proposal.

Control CNC-finished geometry and the surface result

Dimensions are customized. Mark datums and dimensional limits at working, mounting and contacting interfaces. Plating, painting and powder coating are named finishes; define coverage and final appearance for a compatible substrate, with masking at functional areas.

Name the grade and governing document

ASTM, AISI and DIN are standard-family references. Specify the actual document, edition and complete material designation for the tool or component. Identify the required material, dimensional and surface records used to approve the selected supplied state.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • Define the tooling and cast-part supply boundaries.
  • Explain what an initial item must demonstrate.
  • Retain accepted geometry and treatment changes with the order.

Keep approval connected to the actual CNC tool or cast component and its specified manufacturing route.
