Custom OEM complex-component enquiries cover selected die, sand or investment casting in steel, zinc, aluminum, copper or brass, with separate plastic-part work. Choose the full metal or polymer grade and actual process for the drawing. Size follows the component requirement and supplied condition.
Define the geometry needed from CNC work
Turning, milling and CNC-center work are named services. Mark the interfaces and dimensional relationships that determine assembly fit, including the datums used to locate them. A complex shape should be supported by sections or a model where the internal form needs explanation.

Select the surface system for the substrate
Powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodizing are named choices. For a galvanized request, identify the actual substrate and coating specification. Define masking and appearance boundaries, especially where treatment meets a contact or locating surface.
Align qualification and component approval
Sample evaluation scope and arrangements should be agreed against the actual drawing and selected supply. Appliance, automotive, building and capital-equipment requests need their own duty and acceptance requirements. Identify the applicable ISO9001:2015 qualification document and supplier scope, and connect any approved sample to the same grade, drawing revision and delivered condition used for the production order.
