Copper, brass and bronze component enquiries combine casting with CNC finishing for industrial, machinery, valve or automotive parts. Select the full copper-alloy specification and a suitable die, sand-molding or shell-molding route. The dimensional reference is 10–600 mm, to be matched to the actual design.
Define the precision interfaces
Show locating faces, fitted openings and other geometry requiring CNC work. Mark the datum relationships, acceptance limits and measurement stage for those interfaces. State the required material condition and any application-specific records needed to approve the supplied component.
Identify the governing technical documents
Standard references include ISO, DIN, ASTM, AISI, ASME, AWWA, JWWA, EN, BS, JIS, NF, CAS and GB. Specify the actual document and grade applicable to the part, with the CAS designation identified where relevant. Keep material and dimensional acceptance connected to the selected requirements.
Specify the surface and qualification scope
Electrostatic powder coating and shot blasting are named finishes. Define coverage and masking where surface work affects the component’s fit or contact condition. Request applicable DNV, PED and ISO9001:2008 documentation and scope, including the requirements relevant to a selected valve component’s duty.
Complete the component approval brief
Provide quantity and the controlled drawing revision. Agree the actual material, dimensional and surface checks and any separately requested duty-specific acceptance. Connect sample evaluation to the chosen alloy, route and finished-state definition so the production order concerns the component that has been approved.
