The minimum-order reference is 1000 pieces, with the material grade and manufacturing scope to define for the selected part.
Turn the design into a component specification
Show the part’s overall form and function within its assembly. Identify the complete cast-steel grade, governing document and material condition. Mark attachment, locating and contact interfaces with the dimensional relationships that control fit and operation.
Assign acceptance to the supplied stage
Distinguish cast-state geometry from interfaces requiring a particular finished condition. Put datums, dimensional limits and measurement conditions on the drawing. State the material and surface requirements needed to approve the component, including the characteristics an initial part must demonstrate.
