Heavy-machinery component enquiries include EN-GJL-250 grey-iron sand castings and separately specified ductile-iron parts with CNC machining. Customization can follow a drawing, sample or ODM brief, with the actual material and supplied geometry defined for the selected component.

Keep the material requirement with the drawing

Identify EN-GJL-250 grey iron or the complete ductile-iron grade required by the machinery design. Aluminum-alloy and cast-steel components are additional requests with their own material and manufacturing scope. Show the mounting and mating interfaces that explain how the ordered part works within its assembly.

Use each tolerance reference within its process scope

The named references are casting CT12, forging CT9, stamping CT5 and machining ±0.01 mm. Select the relevant manufacturing request and agree the applicable convention, controlled dimensions and supplied stage. These references belong to their respective operations rather than one combined tolerance for every surface of a sand casting.

  • Provide the sample reference or controlled component drawing.
  • Select the iron grade or separate metal requirement.
  • Mark casting dimensions and CNC-finished interfaces.
  • Specify process-specific limits and inspection acceptance.
  • State quantity, requested color and supplied condition.

Choose packing around the finished component

Wooden-case, carton, bulk, individual and customized packing are named options. Define which surfaces need protection and how the selected packing should support acceptance of the delivered part. Quality-inspection and after-sales support are also named, with the component drawing and agreed inspection record providing the reference for those discussions.
