Custom GG25 grey iron or GGG40 ductile iron castings support replacement and repair enquiries for industrial, automotive, valve, machinery and agricultural parts. These are new components made to customer drawings. Select the iron grade for the particular working duty before defining how the replacement will fit into the existing assembly.

Start with the replacement interfaces

A worn sample can help explain the part, while a controlled drawing establishes the intended geometry. Identify locating faces, fastener positions and mating features that determine installation. Separate damage or wear on an existing component from dimensions required on the new casting so its acceptance follows the intended design.

Choose the iron and casting route together

Keep grey and ductile iron requirements distinct for the replacement component. Sand casting and investment casting are available enquiry directions; agree the actual route for the chosen iron and geometry. State the governing material specification and any application-specific acceptance requirements. A valve-related request should identify its actual service conditions rather than relying on the broad application category.

Define the finished supply condition

Sandblasting is the listed surface treatment. Mark surfaces whose dimensions must be assessed in the supplied condition and explain any areas requiring protection during handling. The quality reference is ISO 9001:2015; establish the relevant document scope for the order. Wooden-case packing is available for the completed iron components.

Keep the repair brief traceable

Tie the repair enquiry to the component's approved drawing and working role. Identify which records are needed to accept the new casting in its intended assembly.
