OEM/ODM sand-casting enquiries cover machinery, equipment and agricultural components with optional machining. Specify the exact iron grade and governing document for the part. The selected material, geometry and required delivered condition should form one controlled component definition.
Choose the grade using its full designation
Material references include GJL20, GJL25, GG20, GG25, GG30, GGG50, HT150, HT200, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Identify which designation the order requires and the applicable specification. Provide the material condition and approval records appropriate to that selected iron.
Assign the dimensional and surface requirements
For the chosen machinery or farming accessory, connect the 0.01 mm reference to the drawing’s controlled dimensions and the condition in which the part will be assessed. Mark the dimensions, limits and finishing stage concerned, separating cast geometry from any subsequent work. Surface options include sand blasting, mill finishing and primer or anti-rust-oil requirements; define their actual coverage and delivered condition around fitted interfaces.
Prepare design data and inspection instructions
Drawing formats include 3D STEP, STP or IGS and 2D DXF, DWG, PDF or JPG. Keep their revision and geometry consistent. Inspection references cover dimensions, heat-treatment condition, hardness, NDT and surface condition; agree the methods, scope and acceptance limits for the component.
Connect sample and production requirements
Provide the required quantity and explain any application-specific checks or records. A sample should illustrate identified geometry or appearance against the drawing. Retain the same material, dimensional and surface definition for production approval so the machinery or farming component is assessed against its actual intended state.
