Custom machine-tool enquiries include HT250 grey-iron tool-magazine bodies and cutter discs, with separately selected ductile-iron components. Sand casting and CNC machining follow the customer drawing. Choose the actual part and material requirement, then define how much processing must be completed before delivery.
Choose the supply condition
The named options cover different amounts of finished work. Identify the required state and the dimensions and surfaces used to accept it.
- Raw casting, with the accepted cast geometry defined.
- Semi-machined component, with completed and remaining work identified.
- Fully machined component, with final interfaces and acceptance dimensions specified.
Locate the tool and mounting interfaces
CNC turning, milling, drilling and boring are named operations. Mark the datums relating mounting and tooling geometry, with dimensional tolerances set by the drawing. Size is customized, so show the relevant envelope and interface detail for the selected machine-tool component.
Specify surface checks and protection
Blasting, painting, anti-rust protection and custom treatments are available. Identify the selected finish and any masking needed at controlled surfaces. Material testing, dimensional inspection and visual inspection are named quality checks; define methods, locations and acceptance for the ordered condition.
Set documentation and packing scope
Identify the applicable IATF16949 qualification document and scope. Plywood-case or pallet packing with rust protection is named; include any separation and protection needed at finished interfaces. Provide quantity and any sample approval requirement alongside the controlled drawing.
