Define the casting and core arrangement
Additional process enquiries name steel-mold gravity casting, coated sand cores, low-pressure gravity casting and inlay casting. Identify the actual material and manufacturing method for the selected geometry. Show internal forms and interfaces that influence the proposed core or insert arrangement.
Coordinate CNC work and surface acceptance
Mark the dimensions and datum relationships needed after processing, along with areas accepted in their cast state. Painting, powder coating, polishing, electroplating and shot blasting are named finish options. Define the selected treatment and any masking needed at mating or locating surfaces.
