Custom iron, aluminum and stainless-steel casting enquiries combine a selected casting route with the heat treatment, machining and finishing required by the component. Sand- and die-cast requests can be developed through the actual material grade, drawing and intended delivered condition.

Define the manufacturing sequence for the part

The named process includes casting, heat treatment, machining if needed and surface treatment. Specify the material condition and the operations required for the selected component, including any CNC-machined interfaces. This gives each stage a purpose within the approved drawing rather than treating a broad service list as the same sequence for every metal.

Identify the key sizes for complete checking

Quality control combines random checks during production with 100% QC of key dimensions. Mark those key dimensions and their acceptance limits on the drawing. Define any additional material or surface checks separately so the inspection plan reflects both the stated key-size scope and the requirements of the ordered part.

  • Supply 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP drawing information.
  • Select the material, casting route and heat-treatment condition.
  • Highlight CNC-finished interfaces and key inspection sizes.
  • Specify painted or powder-coated areas and appearance acceptance.
  • State quantity and the required packing arrangement.

Finish the purchasing brief with surface and quantity choices

Paint, powder coating or another customer-requested finish can be specified for the component. Bubble bag, carton and wooden-crate packing are named. The minimum-order reference is 100; agree its counting unit and application to the selected part alongside the final drawing and surface requirements.
