Custom casting enquiries cover iron, brass, aluminum and stainless-steel components, alongside separate zinc, copper and magnesium options. Select a suitable sand, investment or die-casting route for the chosen material and drawing. OEM/ODM requests serve construction, automotive and machinery applications with customized sizes.

Define the alloy and route for one component

Specify the complete material designation, incoming form where relevant and required delivered condition. The die-casting enquiry scope should be matched to an appropriate alloy and part geometry. Broader ferrous or other metal requests need their actual casting route defined independently.

Locate the precision requirement

The tolerance reference is 0.02 mm. Identify the affected dimensions, allowable limits and whether acceptance applies after machining. Show mounting and mating interfaces with the datums needed to assess the part’s fit within its construction or machinery assembly.

  • Provide quantity and a controlled drawing.
  • Mark cast and finished surface boundaries.
  • Define the material and dimensional records.
  • Identify sample approval for the delivered state.

Choose surface and order arrangements

Mill-finished, powder-coated, polished or brushed conditions are named choices. Select the required surface and describe coverage or protection needed at functional areas. Small orders are accepted and wooden packing is listed. State the protection required for polished edges and mating faces. Include the actual component quantity and packing requirements in the quotation, keeping the selected alloy, manufacturing scope and acceptance criteria connected throughout the order.
