Custom large aluminum-component enquiries include selected sand or die casting, separate welding work and polishing. Identify the complete alloy and actual component drawing before defining the manufacturing route. The precision or large-part request should be expressed through the geometry and supplied condition that will be accepted.
Define the envelope and finished interfaces
Show the overall form, mounting arrangement and mating surfaces needed for the component’s function. Mark controlled dimensions and the reference system used to measure them. Actual capability should be agreed for the selected geometry rather than inferred from a general large-component description.

Specify the polished and welded condition
For a welding request, identify the component and joint requirements needed for the quotation. Select the casting route separately where applicable. Define the polished appearance and any boundaries at contact or locating interfaces so that the final surface instruction concerns the actual delivered geometry.
Set supply and qualification scope
Color is customized and the minimum order is 100 pieces. Carton or wooden-pallet packing and door-to-door service are named; agree the actual packing and delivery scope with protection needs for finished areas. Identify the applicable ISO9001:2015 qualification document and scope alongside any sample approval and component acceptance records required for the order.
