Large and heavy iron sand-casting enquiries are available for industrial parts, with steel and aluminum as separate material choices. OEM and ODM dimensions follow the customer’s drawing. Define the casting envelope, functional interfaces and required delivered condition so that the proposal can address the actual component.
Show the complete envelope and its critical interfaces
Large-part enquiries benefit from an overall view alongside the detailed assembly dimensions. Identify the mounting arrangement and the datums that relate distant interfaces to one another. State any access constraints relevant to the proposed measurement arrangement or subsequent assembly.
Decide which surfaces need further work
Machining can be included where the component requires it, followed by the customer-selected surface treatment. Mark the areas accepted in their cast condition and the interfaces that need a finished dimension. The machining and finishing instructions should preserve a clear acceptance condition for each functional area.

Agree the actual dimensional and mass capability as part of the quotation, using the selected geometry rather than a generic size claim. Carton or wooden-box packing is named; specify the protection and identification required for the item. ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are qualification or conformity references whose applicable documents and scope should accompany any related order requirement.
