Custom large pull-wheel enquiries serve transmission machinery, with cast iron, steel or aluminum selected for the component. Sand or die-casting requests need a material-compatible route. OEM and ODM shape, size and color follow the actual wheel drawing and required supplied condition.
Explain the transmission interface
Identify the shaft or mounting arrangement and the contact geometry that transfers motion in the assembly. Show the datums relating those areas to the wheel’s overall form. Include the operating duty and any rotating-service checks required by the design, without relying on a general transmission-wheel description to define them.
Set the large-part scope for quotation
Provide the envelope and component geometry needed to review actual capability for the selected part. Mark the interfaces requiring machining and their final dimensions, leaving a clear acceptance condition for the cast areas. Subsequent surface treatment should be selected with those functional boundaries in mind.
- State the complete grade and order quantity.
- Supply the controlled wheel drawing and revision.
- Identify mounting references and dimensional acceptance.
- Define surface appearance and inspection-record requirements.
Coordinate polishing, inspection and packing
Polishing is the named finish, and quality control is stated as 100% inspection. Identify which dimensional, material and surface checks are required for the transmission component. Wooden-case packing is listed; include protection and separation needed at the finished interfaces. Tie any sample or first-part approval to the same drawing and supplied condition that governs the ordered wheels.
