Custom HT200 or HT250 iron sand-casting enquiries include separately selected steel and aluminum industrial components. OEM/ODM sizes follow the actual drawing. Specify the complete grade and required supplied condition for each chosen material before assigning the manufacturing and surface-work requirements.

Define the industrial assembly interfaces

Show mounting faces, locating details and mating geometry that establish the component’s function. Mark datums and acceptance dimensions with the stage at which they are assessed. Identify the required material condition and any design-specific records needed for approval.

Assign machining and surface treatment

Casting can include machining where needed and customer-requested surface work. Distinguish cast areas from interfaces requiring final dimensions. Define coverage, masking and appearance on the selected substrate, including the condition of contact areas where finishing affects fit.

  • Provide quantity and the controlled revision.
  • Identify the governing material specification.
  • Mark working and visible surfaces.
  • Define material and dimensional approval records.
  • Explain the approval sample’s intended role.

Complete drawing, packing and qualification scope

Drawing data can be supplied as 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP. State which design file takes precedence when both model and dimensional drawing are provided. Carton and wooden-box packing are named; describe protection required for finished interfaces. Request applicable ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS documents and scope alongside the component requirements. Connect sample evaluation and production acceptance to the same selected material, drawing and final supplied state.
