Painted aluminum-alloy suspension steering knuckles can be requested through custom OEM sand casting and CNC machining. Size follows the selected component drawing. Define the complete alloy and material condition around the actual heavy-duty, high-strength suspension design and required supplied state.

Establish the selected suspension fit

Provide vehicle-specific requirements and relationships with the adjoining assembly. Show locating references and geometry governing installation. Connect the stable-OEM-quality requirement to the actual design duty and the records needed to approve that knuckle.

Define bores, holes and thread acceptance

CNC-machined bores and mounting holes need dimensional limits and measurement conditions for their final fit. M12 is the thread reference; complete the applicable specification for the selected design. Identify the interfaces assessed together when checking the component against its mating suspension parts.

Set painted coverage and final condition

Mark treated areas and the required appearance on the chosen aluminum substrate. Define masking and contact conditions where paint affects installation or dimensional assessment. Keep cast-state regions distinct from contacts requiring the selected finished result.

  • State the steering-knuckle quantity and controlling assembly revision for the selected vehicle application.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Explain what an initial component must demonstrate at its working interfaces.
  • Retain accepted alloy, fitment and paint decisions within the part record.

Confirm further knuckles against the same suspension design and its accepted supplied-condition requirements.
