Custom iron chamber and valve-component enquiries include sand casting, machining where needed and polishing. OEM/ODM dimensions are customized for the selected industrial part. Specify the complete iron grade and the actual drawing, with functional geometry and supplied condition clear before quotation.
Identify the chamber or valve interfaces
Show internal form and the mounting, sealing or contacting surfaces relevant to the design. Mark their datum relationships and the dimensions that determine assembly. State the operating requirements and any duty-specific acceptance needed for the selected component.
Assign machining and polished areas
Distinguish surfaces accepted as cast from interfaces requiring final work. Define the dimensional limits and measurement stage used to assess those areas. Identify which faces require polishing and how their appearance or contact condition is approved.
- Provide quantity and the controlled drawing.
- State the required material condition.
- Mark final surface and coverage boundaries.
- Define material and dimensional approval records.
- Identify any separately requested valve checks.
Include identification in the component brief
Custom logos are accepted. Provide artwork, location and the requested identification result, keeping it clear of functional geometry where necessary. Agree the actual checks and acceptance criteria for the ordered chamber or valve part, including any sample used to demonstrate the result. Carry the selected grade, drawing and supplied-state definition into production approval so customization concerns the component that will be installed.
