Custom-design component enquiries include lost-wax investment and sand casting in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum or brass. Separate requests cover die casting, CNC machining, injection molding and stamping. Select the actual material, route and tooling requirement for the part being quoted.

Match precision to the chosen casting

The casting-tolerance reference is CT4–CT6 and roughness is referenced as Ra1.6–3.2. Define their applicability to the selected geometry, including the roughness unit, measured surfaces and required finish. Mark locating and mating dimensions with the datum relationships used for acceptance.

Specify the finish and any separate work

Polishing, sand blasting, powder coating, painting and plating are named surface choices. Select the required treatment and define coverage or masking around functional interfaces. Additional molding, stamping or machining requests should identify their suitable material, incoming form and final deliverable independently.

  • State the complete grade and material condition.
  • Mark cast and finished surface boundaries.
  • Identify material and dimensional approval records.
  • Define what a sample is intended to establish.

Prepare the drawing-based order

STP or STEP data can be submitted for customization, and the minimum-order reference is one piece. Provide the controlled revision and quantity with the component requirements. Identify which data defines geometry if model and drawing are both supplied. Agree the material, dimensional and visual acceptance used for approval, keeping subsequent production tied to the same drawing, selected route and finished condition.
