Anodized Powder Coating A356 Cast Aluminum

Custom stainless-steel or carbon-steel water-pump impeller enquiries include selected investment/lost-wax or sand casting and CNC machining. A356 aluminum-component requests are separate material scopes. Define the complete grade, actual component drawing and compatible manufacturing route for each ordered item.

Describe the impeller’s working and mounting geometry

Show mating, locating and attachment interfaces within the intended pump assembly. State the actual medium, pump duty and design-specific acceptance requirements. Identify the dimensions and datums controlling fit, with the supplied condition and final CNC requirements made explicit. Identify the impeller interfaces assessed together for the selected pump assembly.

Choose the surface process for the substrate

Shot blasting, oiling, plating, painting and powder coating are listed finishes. Anodized or powder-coated aluminum requests need their own material and treatment definition. Specify coverage, appearance and contact conditions at relevant working surfaces, identifying any masking affecting final assembly.

Define additional route and acceptance scope

Sand, die and gravity enquiries should specify the actual material and component role for the selected process. Distinguish cast-state geometry from interfaces requiring further work. Identify the material, dimensional and surface records needed to approve the actual impeller or separate component.

  • Provide quantity and the controlling drawing revision.
  • State the required material condition.
  • Explain what an initial item must demonstrate.
  • Retain approved geometry and finish changes with the order.

Keep production approval connected to the selected pump design and component’s required delivered state.
