Customized grey- and ductile-iron products are offered with furan-resin molding, included annealing and available machining service. Surface-grinding enquiries can be defined for the selected casting, using the component drawing to establish the required finished geometry.
Identify the casting and surfaces needing grinding
Provide the iron grade, part drawing and intended use of the component. Mark the surfaces that require grinding and identify the reference datums used to locate them. Distinguish these areas from general casting surfaces so the manufacturing brief follows the actual supplied item.
Agree the annealed and machined condition
Annealing is included in the named process scope. Specify the required material condition and any machining needed before final dimensional acceptance. The controlled drawing can then connect the furan-resin casting, annealing and selected finishing work within one component order.

Select reports for the order's acceptance plan

For an A2LA-related requirement, identify the actual laboratory, its accredited test scope and applicability to the requested report, keeping the documentation aligned with the selected casting and checks.
