Custom FCD45 ductile-iron enquiries cover shell-mold sand casting and drawing-defined dimensions. Separate requests include aluminum cast products, Zamak die-cast parts and other metalwork. Select the component’s complete material specification and actual route before establishing the finished condition for quotation.
Select the material and application scope
Individual options include zinc, brass, iron, steel, aluminum and copper. Requests serve communication equipment, automation machinery and medical-device components. Describe the actual assembly interfaces and design requirements for the application, including any project-specific qualification or acceptance needed for the supplied part.
Apply precision to the drawing
Use the 0.01 mm reference when defining how the selected shell-mold or separate metal component will be accepted at its assembly interfaces. Identify its affected dimensions and the supplied or finished stage at which they are accepted. Mark datum relationships and mating geometry, with shell molding, sand, die or gravity casting selected for the material and design being requested.
Choose a compatible finished surface
Anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating and polishing are named finish options. Select the treatment appropriate to the substrate and define coverage or masking at functional areas. Explain the appearance and contact-surface condition needed for component approval.
Set the sample and qualification basis
OEM/ODM enquiries should include quantity, drawing revision and the records needed for material, dimensional and surface acceptance. Define what a sample is intended to establish for that order. Request relevant ISO9001 certificate scope alongside the part requirements, keeping supplier qualification and component approval tied to the actual supply.
