OEM/ODM iron sand castings are offered for pump parts, industrial machinery and agricultural or farming accessories. Grey-iron and ductile-iron requests can include machining and surface treatment, with the grade and delivered condition selected for the actual component.
Choose the complete iron designation
Named grade enquiries include FCD550, GG20, GG25, GG30, GGG50, HT150, HT200, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Specify the complete designation and governing standard required by the drawing. Keep the selected grade with the component's duty and geometry rather than assuming these names are interchangeable material requirements.
Locate the machining and inspection requirements
The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm. Agree the controlled dimensions, convention and manufacturing stage, then identify any machining needed at the part's interfaces. Inspection scope includes dimensions, heat treatment, hardness and NDT; specify the required methods, coverage and acceptance for the chosen casting.

The accepted drawing, grade and inspection plan can then establish a clear purchasing reference for the pump, machinery or agricultural part being ordered.
